Villas Rubin Resort is a little tourist village, located 3 km south of city of Rovinj and 7 km of Cuvi sport and recreation zone. This resort has an idyllic atmosphere because its own wonderful gravelly and rocky beaches, olive trees and shades of pine trees.
Villas Rubin Resort in Rovinj has 85 rooms and 46 apartments for 2 – 3 persons with a shower/toilet, balcony or terrace and apartments for 5 persons with a kitchen, toilet, living room, shower, terrace or a balcony. Also, there are 226 renewed apartments for 2 – 5 persons, with a living room, bathtub/toilet, kitchen, SAT/TV, phone and garden terrace.
Villas Rubin Resort offers variety of sports opportunities such as tennis school, diving school, small-sided soccer, volleyball, tennis, handball, basketball, mini golf, table tennis, trampoline, bike rental, water ski, banana ride, rubber rings, windsurfing sails, and rowing boats.

As its name suggests, Standard Double Room With Extra Bed offers a comfortable stay for 3 persons max. The accommodation facilities are the same as in a Standrad Double Rooms plus an additional sofa bed for one person.
Studio Apartment
With the surface area of 31 square meters, the Studio apartment is ideal for 3 persons stay offering 2 twin beds and an additional sofa bed for 1 person. The apartment is built to maximize the space usage and offers its guests a nice & comfortable accommodation stay.
Standard Apartment For 4
The Standard Apartment has an area of 33 square meters and offers a 4 person stay including a separate living room, furnished small kitchen and a bathroom. This apartment features a double room with two twin beds and an extra sofa bed for 2 person in a living room. The kitchen include a cooking plate, coffee machine and a refrigerator.

Superior Apartment For 4 feature 33 sqaure meters of area for a pleasant stay of a small family consisted of 4 person max. or a group of friends. Each apartment has a double room with two twin beds, living room with extra sofa bed for 2 person, a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom. Superior apartments are situated on the first line from the sea.

This apartment is suitable for 5 persons max. It is located of two floors – on the upper floor there are 2 double rooms with two twin beds. On the ground floor there are a living room with an extra sofa bed for 1 person and a fully equipped kitchen.
Superior Apartment For 5
The Superior Apartment for 5 can accommodate 5 person max. and its suitable for families or a group of friends. The apartment has 42 square meters of living space and its consisted of 1 double room with two twin beds, a single room with 1 twin bed and a living room with 2 connected or sepatared beds. There is a fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom with bath. The terrace features a park view.
Premium Apartment For 5
Premium Apartment For 5 is a large apartment for 5 person max. with an area of 43 square meters. Its consisted of 2 double bedrooms: first bedroom has 1 queen size bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a spacious living room with an additional sofa bed for one person. The Premium Apartment also include a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a garden terrace.
