The Hospital Tower is located on the peninsula Saint Pelag in Rovinj (today’s hospital for orthopedics and rehabilitation primarius Dr. Martin Horvat) and it was built simultaneously with the sanatorium construction.
It’s placed on the middle of the peninsula and is reachable by many trails. The tower formed stone structure has the inner stairs that lead up on the top of the tower – where once was a full opened view on all the surroundings and the Rovinj Old town.
Today the view is blocked by pines that have outgrow the tower.
